Interventions for Acute Psychosocial Stress Responses

Evidence-based interventions for managing acute psychosocial stress responses in different populations.

Part of Novel Methods for Remote Acute Stress Induction

This project investigates interventions that may reduce or modulate acute psychosocial stress responses. The underlying motivation is that dysregulation of biological stress systems contributes to a broad range of adverse mental and physical health outcomes, making effective short-term interventions highly relevant.

The project evaluates different intervention strategies and their effectiveness across populations, with the broader aim of developing evidence-based approaches that can improve stress regulation, mental health, and well-being.
